About Restore Outreach

Who: Restore Outreach is led by Founder Pastor Ray Brown, supported by Administrators April Harris, Lori Meyer, and Jackie Strange—a dedicated team committed to walking alongside individuals and families on their journey toward healing and restoration.

What: Restore Outreach exists to help people find healing, hope, and lasting transformation from life’s hurts, habits, and hang‑ups. Through Christ‑centered support, practical tools, and a compassionate community, Restore meets people right where they are.

Every Monday
• Doors open at 5:00pm • Meal served at 5:30pm • Classes begin at 6:30pm

Why: Restore Outreach uses Celebrate Recovery (CR)—a proven, Christ‑centered, step‑by‑step program that addresses a wide range of struggles. CR provides a safe, structured path toward healing while reminding participants that change is possible for anyone willing to take the next step.

The program emphasizes personal responsibility, encouraging individuals to own their choices and focus on solutions rather than blame or victimhood. While we cannot control everything that happens to us, we can choose how we respond. Through consistent, year‑round support, Restore helps break cycles of generational pain and struggle, bringing healing to entire families.

As a ministry of The Gathering Church, Restore Outreach welcomes participants and volunteers from all backgrounds and church affiliations. Our strength comes from unity—working together to share the love of Christ and create lasting impact in our community. Collaboration truly multiplies the results.
